Q: What is your normal production lead time for a first order and then for repeat orders?
A: It depends on the product you need. For example, if you purchased a 1550nm fiber circulator for your first order, and then you look for it again, but we will check the material of it and tell you the delivery time.
Q: Do you have warranty policy?
A: Yes, we have. We provide 12 months maintenance warranty.
